NURSE UNIT MANAGER – 0.8FTE
DIALYSIS / CHEMOTHERAPY UNIT
The position offers an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses, div 1 wishing to pursue a clinical management role.
Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Appropriate experience and qualifications.
• Sound knowledge of EQuIP, OH&S and Infection Control.
• Ability to provide nursing leadership that ensures optimal patient outcomes, staff management and attainment of organisational goals.
• Effective time management and organisation skills.
• Basic computer skills and an understanding of financial management within hospitals.
