MEN’S HEALTH, GAME ON!
Swan Hill District Health have developed the ‘Men’s Health, Game On’ initiative to promote men’s health messages in the Swan Hill area. The initiative encourages men to take control of their health and wellbeing by having regular checkups with a GP and taking notice of changes to their health and wellbeing.
At Swan Hill District Health we are committed to client centred care and enabling all community members to have easy access to health services.
While we do not provide services specifically for men, our services are inclusive to all.
