Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

This program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to return to work or other desired activities following diagnosis or treatment of a heart condition. Information regarding heart disease and how to improve the health of your heart, including support to make positive lifestyle changes is provided.
