
The Community Rehabilitation Centre provides team rehabilitation on an outpatient basis to people living in the community of all ages.
We provide flexible, goal orientated and individually tailored programs to enable clients to achieve optimal independence in their daily lives. Services may include Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Cardiac Nursing, Pulmonary Nursing, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry or Dietetics.
On referral to the centre a comprehensive initial assessment with the CRC Coordinator may be required to ensure all aspects of your care are considered.
Programs may include individual and / or group therapies. Group therapies may include:

- Orthopaedic Group
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program
- Social Communication Program
- Tai Chi for Health
