Food Services

Food Services prepares food for our patients, aged care residents, staff and also caters for internal and external functions including Swan Hill Police (prisoner meals) and the Meals on Wheels program managed by the Swan Hill Rural City Council.

Our Food Services Department consists of a team of qualified Chefs, of which several have completed their apprenticeship at the Swan Hill District Health. We constantly are above the bench mark for patient satisfaction with our food services.

The department also outsources catering services to other Government agencies and private functions. Environmental services provides delivery of meals.
