Health Promotion 
The Health Promotion Department provides a co-ordinated approach to the provision and delivery of a range of services and programs that addresses the health needs of the Swan Hill and district community. The programs and services reflect National and State initiatives and address local priorities.
These include:
- Health information, education & promotion to individuals, schools, workplaces and community
- Assistance with health related Self Help Groups
- Community Health Nursing:
- Well Women's Clinic
- Health Checks for Men & Women
- Youth Sexual Health Clinic
- Diabetes Education
- Rural Outreach Program
- Youth Program-Dynamo Culture
- Development & distribution of workplace health promotion package including the WorkHealth initiative for Swan Hill and district.
