WALK (Women able to lose Kilo's) Program
The WALK program is designed for ladies who need some extra motivation to lose weight. The program consist of session teaching women how to eat healthy, set lifestyle goals and develop lifestyle changes. Sessions consist of either a walk and information session or just a walk or exercise session. The program is facilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian and is tailored to the needs of the group participants. Support is provided on a weekly basis and the program runs for a ten week period. Individual consultation appointments with the Dietitian are also available. Contact Stephanie for more information.
