Well Women Program
This new 4 week program is for women who want to learn more about health, wellness and have a lot of fun at the same time. The program will include expert guest speakers talking about: • Women’s Health • Exercising Safely • Healthy Eating • Stress Management
Each session will also include a fun physical activity component chosen by the group. Participants will also receive a free fitness assessment and a free health check voucher.
