Our Aged care facilities are designed to be as home like as possible. Skilled nursing care is provided to meet the needs of the residents within a secure and caring environment.
Residents are supported in maintaining close links with the community, their family and friends as well as following their own interests wherever possible.
Planning and provision of care is a collaborative process involving the resident, family members, direct care staff, medical and allied health professionals and is individually tailored to suit each resident.
Jacaranda Lodge is located approx 27km’s north of Swan Hill in a rural setting.

Logan Lodge is located in 29 High Street, on the main campus site. Logan Lodge provides high care and respite care. If you require further information please contact the staff on 5033 9800 during office hours.
