COVID-19 Testing

Drive-through COVID-19 testing on McCallum Street available for eligible community members (see map below).
*Please note: you cannot access COVID-19 vaccinations through this service*

Opening hours: Currently open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 10am

Please wear your masks in the car when speaking to staff in the screening stations. Especially important when people are coming to get tested and have been exposed or are symptomatic.

Remember to isolate until you get a negative result.

  • COVID-19 testing is FREE. You will not be charged to access a test
  • Testing only available to identified groups (people with symptoms or targeted asymptomatic testing*)

If you do not have access to a car to access drive-through testing you can also walk up, please present to the staff at the first tent.

If you develop symptoms and the Clinic is closed please self isolate at home and present at the next available time.

You must stay home and self-isolate while waiting for your test results.

Testing Criteria

If you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 infection, however mild, you should seek advice and get tested. These include:
-Fever
-Chills or sweats
-Cough
-Sore throat
-Shortness of breath
-Runny nose
-Loss/change of sense of smell or taste

*Asymptomatic testing is only available for those directed to access a test by the Department of Health (for example being identified as a Primary Close Contact of a positive case or having attended a Tier 1/2 exposure site). Our clinic now also offers testing for Domestic Travel purposes- free of charge.

Tests that are required for Pre-Surgery Screening purposes are not available through our service but can be conducted at Clinical Labs, located on McCrae Street. For more information click here.
