Thank you for your interest in Swan Hill District Health.

Your Application for Employment Form, Covering Letter, Resume and Key Selection Criteria (If applicable) should be emailed to SHDH-Apply-job the  Human Resources Manager or by mail to PO Box 483, Swan Hill, Vic 3585.

Applications cannot be accepted without a completed Application for Employment Form. Copies are available for download or call Human Resources on (03) 5033 9315 for a copy.

Email applications are preferred.
