Services provided at the Allied Health area-

Dietetics- individual consultation regarding appropriate diet, initial education and review appointments phone 5033 9337. Supermarket tours are provided once per term, call us to find out more......
Diabetes Education- individual consultation regarding monitoring of blood glucose levels, insulin use, education on the disease and its affects, for appointments phone 5033 9337.
Diabetes-The Facts: four session education program. Provided by a Diabetes Educator, Dietitian, Podiatist, and a Physiotherapist on every Thursday, from 1pm until 2pm. This program is free to participants and aims at providing up to date information for those newly diagnosed with either Type 2 Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes, and for those who haven't recently received any education.
