Privacy Statement
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of our practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. Any requests from you for access to your personal health information is handled by your GP in accordance with the Privacy Amendment (private sector) Act, 2000.

Your Rights
If you have a problem, we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your GP or reception staff. You can also complete our feedback form below and follow the return details stated on the form.
Home Visits
Are available for disabled or palliative care patients via arrangements with your GP.
Test Results
Your GP will advise you at the time of consultation when they expect the results to arrive at the practice. Call between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm to ascertain whether the results are in and whether an appointment is necessary.
Medical Forms/Pre Employment Medical Examinations
Due to the time involved in completing forms (eg Licence Applications, Insurance forms, Centrelink forms etc), please inform the receptionist at the time of booking to allow sufficient time for the consultation Pre employment medicals do incur a non-claimable fee. Check with reception when making your appointment.
Long Consultations
Appointments can be made on request and are encouraged for complex needs.
Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventative care. You GP will seek your permission to be included in our reminder system. We will ring you or send you a reminder notice offering preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please inform your GP or reception staff.
Telephone Access
In the case of an URGENT EMERGENCY requiring medical attention dial 000. Should you wish to speak to your GP during consulting hours the call will be triaged to ascertain the urgency and you will be advised accordingly.

Two Gynaecologists consult at our practice on a monthly basis.
