Our Aboriginal Service provides:

• Assistance and improve access, availability of health services for the Aboriginal community. 
• Information, programs and resources so informed decisions can be made concerning treatment, prevention and rehabilitation services.

NAIDOC WEEK 2022

NAIDOC week brings an opportunity for us to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. At SHDH we are absolute in our determination to improve the health and well-being of the First Nations community we serve. In doing so, we are committed to providing a welcoming and culturally inclusive environment for the local community across our entire health service. In line with this years theme, we pledge to Get Up, Stand Up and Show Up for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders across all generations and we hope you can join us in doing the same… #NaidocWeek2022
