Diabetes Services

Many services are available to people living with diabetes.

They can help you to:

  • understand diabetes
  • use medications including insulin
  • monitor blood glucose levels including Continuous Glucose Monitoring
  • advise and support lifestyle changes to help prevent or delay complications

They work closely with your diabetes health care team including your GP, Dietitian, Podiatrist, Exercise Physiologist, Optometrist, Counsellor and Endocrinologist, and can help you access products via the National Diabetes Services Scheme
